Delos
Delos is a proof of concept for a web-based app. A real estate portfolio management cloud platform, connected to Revit. It allows for performance evaluations across multiple measurements in an actual vs. estimated manner.

Overview
This app is an exercise in trying to improve the way we work in the AEC industry we made at Voyansi.
Drawings, models, and spreadsheets are a prerequisite for any stakeholder.
Document-based workflows are a bottleneck:
Hard to organize
Hard to access
Hard to analyze
The average worker only spends 39% of their time performing their role-specific task
Instead, the time is spent:
28% in email
19% in searching and gathering documents
14% in communication and collaboration
We have the opportunity to improve productivity by at least 25% through purely data-driven methods
Users were able to:
Understand how their spaces and partners are performing
Find actionable insights in their data to make better business decisions.
Stop more searching for information.
Remove internal debates and replace them with decisions generated from data.
Pair Automation + Integrations that all condense into a Platform
Automation
Leveraging industry standards and expertise
Translating logic-to code-to-design
Standards on steroids translated directly to space
Using the Layouts concept to automatically generate spaces with groups of elements that work together
Integration
Building a reliable data stream
Connecting Revit to online, cloud-based data
Harvesting project snapshots at any point - both geometry and data
Platform
Creating project assumptions (program surface, number of seats or desks, thermal efficiency, rooms, whatever you can measure!)
Ingesting real design data and storing project data and geometry snapshots. Viewing all of it on any device with just a web browser.
Comparing assumptions with actual design to measure performance in any aspect
Harvesting data and geometry snapshots at any point in the project allowed for performance tracking against any assumption, at any point of a project's lifecycle - effectively enabling data-backed decision-making progress.
