Balcón del Lago
Balcón del Lago is a masterplan for an urban development along a lake, next to a dam in the Argentinian Patagonia. The site is filled with rocky formations and considerable height differences, and its huge size (1700 ha. or 4200 acres) is composed of complex surfaces and water courses.
Overview
My role on this project was quite wide:
Mapping out the terrain on the site.
Creating a mesh from point clouds obtained with drones.
Creating a BIM model of the master plan.
Creating visualizations and a video tour.
Drafting the design of the neighborhood entrance.
Drafting the design for the Club House.
Designing the brand for the place and the developing company.
Designing marketing material.
